Halstec to Deliver Advanced Brick Production Line in Southeast Asia

Halstec is proud to announce the ongoing construction of a modern brick manufacturing plant in Southeast Asia, commissioned by a valued client.

The facility will utilize clay and washed sand mud as raw materials to produce high-quality bricks measuring 200×100×50 mm. With a planned daily output of 350,000 bricks, the production line is designed for high efficiency and reliability.

Key features include a Robot Stacking System for precise and automated handling. The kiln will be built around a 9.88 m rotary tunnel kiln design, ensuring uniform heating and consistent product quality.
